Take A Little Time For Yourself
Whether you're a care partner or just someone who has a lot on his or her plate, everyone needs some "me time" or "self-care" time. And you shouldn't feel bad about taking that time or even wanting that time. Everyone needs it. Even if its just to close your bedroom door for 10 minutes. Close the door, sit down and relax, and breathe. There are countless ways to take out time for yourself and relax. It doesn't have to be expensive. In fact, most things can be done for free. Whatever makes you happy and stress-free, (as long as it's not hurting yourself or others) then do it!
