Happy Birthday!!!

June 20, 1954 my beautiful, wonderful, amazing mom was born. This year she turns 65! It's official, she's a senior citizen! Let the old jokes begin! It was a dark, gloomy, rainy day but that didn't stop us. A little rain isn't going to keep the birthday girl down. She went to breakfast with her son, and then we went to Frankenmuth for the afternoon. She told me she didn't think she would make it to 65. She's been through a lot in her life, both personally and physically. I'm beyond grateful that she did make it to 65. Here's to 65 more!!!

It was a great birthday, not that I want to be 65. It's hard when you have MS and being a senior at the same time. Is your body reacting to aging or is it because you have multiple autoimmune diseases. On top of it, I just got all my teeth pulled for dentures due to years of taking interferon. But I put that all aside, the pain, the aging, everything to spend the day with my babies. I forget they are 39/35, but they are always my babies and why I continue everyday.
